Steps:

1. Create Purchase Contract.
2. Process into Shipping Instruction.
3. Create Shipment.
4. Set transport mode to Truck.
5. Click Save.

Issue:

BOL Date field is required upon Saving the Shipment Transaction when Transport Mode is Truck.

Same issue occurs when Transport Mode is Rail.

Affected transactions:

1. Inbound - Contracts Shipment
2. Inbound - Allocations Shipment
3. Drop Ship - Contracts Shipment
4. Drop Ship - Allocations Shipment

Acceptance:

BOL Date field must not be a required field upon Saving the Shipment Transaction when Transport Mode is Truck.
