Issue: AP Clearing Out of Balance - STR GL not matching APC Report Data

Acceptance:

1. Check if the STR GL entries are correct (using correct cost) > if incorrect cost and posting made, voucher is also assumed incorrect due to missing ICA. >> Need to correct STR posting, generate voucher ICA
2. If STR posting is correct, voucher is also posting correct entries. View amount from Grain needs to be matched with it’s GL.
